How to delete your DadGainz data

All of your DadGainz data lives on your device (we have no servers or user accounts). To delete it:

1. Open the DadGainz app on your phone.
2. Tap the Profile tab (bottom right).
3. Tap Settings (gear icon, top right of the profile).
4. Scroll to the Data section.
5. Tap Delete All Data.
6. Confirm the two-step prompt.

This permanently removes every piece of user data stored on your device, including:

• Your profile (name, age, height, weight, fitness level, equipment, goal)
• Workout history, templates, and exercise logs
• Personal records and progression data
• AI Coach chat history and saved AI programs
• Weekly check-in entries and progress photos
• Avatar image and all settings

Uninstalling the app also removes all locally stored data, per standard operating system behavior.

Data sent to third parties

DadGainz sends a limited slice of your training context to a third-party AI inference provider only when you use an AI feature (AI Coach, AI Workout Generator, AI Program Builder, Weekly AI Recap). Per the policies of our AI provider, API request data is:

• Not used to train their models
• Retained briefly (typically up to 30 days) for abuse prevention and operational purposes
• Automatically deleted after the retention period

To request deletion of any data the AI provider may hold, contact us at support@theyardapps.com and we will direct you to the current provider's privacy channel. The provider is subject to change. DadGainz does not have access to the AI provider's retained data and cannot delete it on your behalf.

Subscription data

Your DadGainz Premium subscription is managed entirely by Google Play. Payment information, receipts, and subscription status live in your Google Play account — we never see them. To cancel or request deletion of subscription-related data, go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions or contact Google Play support.
